About Faculty of Engineering
The Faculty of Engineering (FoE) at Gokul Global University (GGU) promotes excellence in engineering education, advanced research, and innovation through a rigorous academic environment. Its research-informed curriculum integrates core engineering sciences with emerging technologies, ensuring strong theoretical foundations and professional competence. Teaching–learning practices include expert lectures, thematic workshops, industry immersion, and inquiry-driven projects that develop critical thinking, advanced problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. Hansaba College of Engineering and Technology (HCET), a key constituent of FoE, offers AICTE-approved Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate engineering programs. The institution is supported by modern infrastructure comprising specialized laboratories, a research-oriented library, seminar halls, and academic support systems aligned with contemporary quality standards. Diploma programs focus on essential technical skills, undergraduate programs emphasize experiential learning and employability, and postgraduate studies promote specialization and research engagement. Doctoral programs prioritize original research and high-impact scholarly contributions. Hansaba Institute of Technology (HIT) offers future-ready undergraduate engineering programs with a strong emphasis on Computer Science–driven domains, intelligent systems, data-centric technologies, connected devices, and AI-enabled electronics, aligned with current and emerging industry needs.
HCET houses the Aero Vision Laboratory, established in collaboration with AVPL International, featuring advanced drone technologies for hands-on learning and research in unmanned aerial systems. Additionally, HCET is recognized as an Anchor Institute for Robotics and Artificial Intelligence under Scheme-1 of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Government of Gujarat, serving as a hub for innovation, skilling, and capacity building in frontier technologies.
