About LL.B.. Program

LL.B.

The LL.B. programme at the Faculty of Law, Gokul Global University is a three-year course designed for graduates seeking careers in legal practice, judiciary, corporate law, academics, and public service. Aligned with Bar Council of India norms, the programme provides a strong foundation in core legal subjects such as Constitutional, Criminal, Contract, Family, Property, Company Law, Procedure, Evidence, and Jurisprudence, while emphasizing practical training through moot courts, legal drafting, internships, and legal aid activities. With an interactive teaching methodology, experienced faculty, well-equipped library and moot court facilities, the programme develops legal research, advocacy skills, professionalism, and ethical responsibility, preparing students for diverse legal and allied careers.

Why Study LL.B.

Legal Reasoning and Analysise

Students will be able to analyze legal issues, interpret statutes and case laws, and apply legal principles to practical situations

Professional Skill

Graduates will acquire essential lawyering skills such as legal drafting, pleading, advocacy, negotiation, client counseling, and court craft.

Research Competence

Students will develop the ability to conduct doctrinal and empirical legal research
