The very first convocation of Gokul Global University was celebrated to confer upon 305 degrees to M.E., M.Com , M.Sc, L.L.M. and PGDMLT students of 2018 batch by the Chief Guest Shri Vijaybhai Rupani, the Honorable Chief Minister, the Education Minister, Shri Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, the Guest of Honour , President Shri Balwantsinh C. Rajput, Vice Chancellor Dr. Vedvyas J. Dwivedi on 28th Dec, 2020 as per UGC Guidelines in Act Section 22 of 1956. Gokul Research, Innovation Startup Centre (GRISC) & new website were inaugurated by the guests. The Chief Guest adviced to start a Medical College, while the Guest of Honour appreciated for having started 30th Incubation Centre in the State of Gujarat amongst above 75 Universities. Shri Balwantsinh expressed his gratitude to the Govt. of Gujarat and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while Dr. Vedvyas blew the conk with Sanskrit Pandits and gave oath to the awardees as the rituals, while Trustee Dharmendrasinh thanked media, govt. officers and guests. This historical ceremony was successfully completed under strict observation of Covid19 guidelines and discipline with National Anthem and Gala lunch
