Welcome To Hansaba College of Engineering & Technology

Hansaba College of Engineering and Technology (HCET) an institution with total commitment to quality and excellence in academic pursuit. It offers students a complete dynamic learning environment that focuses on all-inclusive development of students integrating latest technical advancements, theoretical aspects, practical applications & exposure, training, soft skills development with strong ethical traits. Students at HCET are provided with realistic work environment with eminent, qualified and experienced faculties enabling the complete theoretical, practical and all-round teaching attributes.

The college is approved by AICTE and constitute Institute of Gokul Global University. We offer UG and PG courses in major disciplines of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer and Electronics & Communication Engineering.The engineering departments are well equipped with latest and up-to-date equipment to provide all technical intellect to the students in the respective fields/areas. The faculties are not just teachers but they are also life mentors to the students to take care of their overall developments.

The HCET has a wide spectrum offering UG and PG courses in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer.Well qualified and experienced faculties, laboratories equipped with advanced machinery & instruments and state-of-the-art libraries are pillars of the college that bridge the gap between theories and practical applications and provide a very encouraging environment to the students for their studies.

Co-Curricular Activities

Student Forums:

Each department of the college has established Department Student Forums. Activities like screening the technical movies, technical presentations, professional body activities like the American Society of Civil Engineers, quiz competitions, debates, discussions on the latest technological development, promoting membership of professional bodies, etc are carried out every week for an hour. The Student Forums provide the opportunity to faculty and students to take up activities to go beyond the syllabus. The students eagerly wait for the hour of Student Forum activity and participate very enthusiastically in the forum activities.

Training and Placement Activities:

The college has established a Training and Placement Cell (TPC) and appointed a Training and Placement Officer. TPC creates the database of students' academic records and other achievements and sends them to prospective recruiters or recruiting agencies. It conducts personality development programs for students and trains them for group discussions and personal interviews. The TPC also keeps liaisons with industries and arranges lectures by industry experts.

MOU with Gujarat Knowledge Society (GKS):

There is a big void in present-day education and the demand of the job markets. Gujarat Knowledge Society aims to empower the youth with the skills that provide them high expertise and open new employment avenues. GKS is an organization established under the Education Department of the Government of Gujarat. The college has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with GKS to offer training programs through various departments of the institute. The programs of GKS are also offered to school dropouts.
